We have two hall rentals available at Saints Peter and Paul.
Dining Hall: The Dining Hall can seat 170 people. It is an older facility with older kitchen and bathrooms. It has twenty-six, six foot tables and three, eight foot tables.
Diamond Center: The Diamond Center can seat 252 people as is, but can seat up to 350 people with additional table and chair set-up. It has a full kitchen and two restroom areas. It has twenty-one six foot tables and a few forty-two inch round tables set up.
Those reserving the halls are responsible for leaving the halls as they were upon arrival (including tables and chairs returned to their original position). All tables and chairs must be wiped clean. The kitchen must be cleaned (sinks, counters, island, and bar areas), including washing and putting away used dishes and utensils. Please take out all trash (inside and outside) to the dumpster located in the back between the two halls.
Note: Floors and restrooms will be cleaned by our hall maintenance personnel.
A "Facility Use and Indemnity Information Form" and "Dining Hall or Diamond Center Rental Agreement" must be completed and returned to the parish office, along with full payment, in order to secure a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the parish office must be contacted at least one month prior to the reservation in order to qualify for a refund.
